In 1971 Danny Moore (Ram Racing) and Jerry Crew outfitted the car for Trans Am Racing. The Mustang was given #57 and retained it's original Boss 302 orange paint with black stripes. The #57 was entered in two Trans-Am events for 1972; Mid Ohio and Watkins Glen, where the car started in the back and finished toward the front. The #57 Mustang was also raced in the 1973 12 hours of Sebring, where the car started 22nd and finished 6th overall, 2nd in class to-2. #57 also ran at Daytona, the car finished third overall and 1st in class to-1. This is a limited edition and only 1,800 diecast pieces were produced.
